A Pinch Of Colour

Hey lovely people, I hope you're all doing great :)

Today it's all about adding a little colour as promised in my last post. So I thought I'd spice things up without overstepping the boundaries. My aim was to keep things simple but still have that eye catching effect that the use of colour gives.

I picked out a few pieces I have in my wardrobe and created this colour blocking outfit, and i must say, I instantly fell in love with the look.

You never know what a little bit of colour can do for you. I know people who are scared to try bold colours as they may seem overpowering, but you'll be surprised what adding colour to your outfit can do for you :)

Colour blocking is all about the combination of complimentary colours. Unfortunatly there's a little bit more to it and you can't just pick any colours and hoping they'll look good. Those  trial and error sessions with your wardrobe really pay off, tied with some creativity and you could potentially unlock your inner fashion goddess.

Colour blocking can be implemented in all seasons and since we're having such a great summer bright colours not only portray my personality it also best describes my mood in an instant. I must say, one of the items that stand out to me are the heels. I just had to get them lol.
